Wednesday, August 14:
9:00 AM to mid-afternoon - Sort peaches, prepare peppers, onions, soup jars, and ingredients, make crumbs for pie dough, begin various preparations.
Thursday, August 15:
8:00 AM to mid-afternoon - Make pie shells, prepare soup, peel peaches for baked goods.
Friday, August 16:
8:00 AM to late afternoon - Make pies & peach crisp, peel peaches for baked goods and festival.
A couple of people are needed Tuesday - Friday at 3 PM to help clean up.
Saturday, August 17:
8:00 AM: (bring a friend) Peel lots of peaches, finish baked goods, enjoy a great day at the Festival!
Festival Grounds Set-Up 9:00 AM Clean Up 7:00 PM (tear down 8:00 PM)
